What personal data we collect and why we collect it

We collect your data from the moment you fill in or leave your data on our website or you register in another way to use our services.

This privacy statement is applicable regardless of the way that we collect your data.

We have personal data of employees (especially contact persons) of companies and institutions with which we maintain business relationships.

Desktop hosting

For access to desktop hosting services, we receive the following data from the users: Name, Surname, Email address, Telephone number. This data is stored in the Active Directory of our network for access purposes. The data is also stored in a database for billing purposes. The data is not used for any other purpose than for giving access to the hosted environment and billing of the fees.

Contact forms

If you leave your personal details in a contact form, this data is sent to the applicable person(s) in our organisation by email. The data is not stored in any other way. The data will be treated in the same way as the data for business relationships.

Personal data of business relationships are stored indefinitely.

Desktop hosting

When a user does not require access to a hosted environment anymore, the user is disabled. The data of the user is kept in the system and can always be revived if the user needs access again. For this purpose, the data is not deleted.

When a contract for a hosted environment is discontinued, the hosted environment is deleted and all users which are related to this environment are deleted as well.

Rights of data subjects

We respect your privacy rights and will cooperate to ensure that you can exercise the rights granted to you in the GDPR. Examples of this are the right to inspect, correct and delete your personal data. If you wish to exercise your rights, you can contact us about this. Our contact details are stated on our website.

Amendments

We reserve the right to make changes, additions or amendments to this privacy statement if we consider such necessary. The most current version can be viewed on our website at any time. This version was drawn up in May 2018.
