DHV

DHV was contracted to do the instrumentation detailed engineering for a new Blast Furnace in the Ukraine. The object was to use SmartPlant Instrumentation (SPI) for this. At that moment, DHV had no experience in using SPI. IntelliData was contracted by DHV to host the SPI installation because DHV needed a quick start and the SPI installation had to be accessible from the Netherlands and from India.

IntelliData created a Citrix based hosting environment dat gave access to all DHV users in the Netherlands and India, to their customer for reviewing the data and to IntelliData for admininistration and support purposes.

IntelliData tasks

• Hosting of the SPI environment for about 10 to 15 named users
• Training of users in the Netherlands and India
• Administration tasks
